➡️ If you're using LSP.expert V1, click here.

When you send an email using LSP.expert, you can easily track its status (sending, sent, opened). (To know how to send your documents through LSP.expert, see this article: https://help.lsp.expert/en/articles/735154-can-i-send-my-documents-directly-from-lsp-expert-to-my-clients.)

After sending your document using LSP.expert, the status automatically appears next to the due date of an invoice or quote in your list of invoices or quotes.

When you click on this status, a popup opens containing the email history for this document (when it has been sent, received and opened, the actual emails that were sent, etc.).

In the invoice/quote itself, you can also see the status of the email next to the Date sent. If you click on it, you get the same email history as in your list of invoices or quotes.

When you send an email using LSP.expert, you can easily track its status (sending, sent, opened).

In the list of invoices and quotes, the icon of a small envelope automatically appears next to the date of issue of an invoice/quote when you change the invoice/quote status to 'Sent'. This envelope can be grey (email is being sent), light blue (email has been sent) or green (email has been read).

In the invoice/quote itself, you'll see the icon of a clock with an arrow around it next to the Date sent, which gives you the history of the email (when it has been sent, delivered and opened by every recipients). The Date sent will also be grey (email is being sent), light blue (email has been sent) or green (email has been read).
