Your prices can be very easily managed for each client.

➡️ If you're using LSP.expert V1, click here.

You can easily manage your prices for each one of your clients in the Prices tab of the client.

Here you can define all the services you provide to this client and their prices. You can also add matches if you're working with a CAT tool. To add a new price, simply click on 'Add a new price" and select a service, a unit, a language pair and a unit price in the popup that opens. You can also define a domain of expertise and change the currency if needed.

If you would like this price to be associated with matches, click on 'Add matches' and select the match category (or add a match category by clicking on the '+' button) and a price. You can also select an option to define matches as a percentage (for example if you want to invoice 10% of your full rate for Perfect matches, but you don't want to calculate the amount yourself).

In the Prices tab of the client, you can also edit, duplicate and delete prices by clicking on the three dots at the end of each line. The 'Duplicate' option can be useful if you would like to enter a price that looks like another one you already entered (with the same matches for example), so that you can only edit what needs to be edited.

These prices will be used to automatically calculate an income estimate for each job you enter in the system for this client.

Please note that when an invoice has already been created for a job, this invoice won't be automatically updated with the changes you might make afterwards at the client level concerning the prices of your services. But there is a 'Sync with client data' option in the invoice (click on Actions), that will update the invoice based on the changes you might have done at the client level.
