First you need to connect LSP.expert to Quickbooks. To do that, you need to go under your Settings>Integrations:
Scroll down to the Quickbooks section and click on the "Add" button:
You will be redirected to the Quickbooks website where you will need to log in to your Quickbooks account.
Once Quickbooks is connected, LSP.expert will show the Quickbooks integration as "Active". You now have to map your LSP.expert clients with your Quickbooks clients. To do that, click on the "Options" button:
It will open a dialog window where you can map your LSP.expert clients with your Quickbooks clients:
Simply select from the dropdown list the LSP.expert client that maps your Quickbooks client. If the client doesn't exist in LSP.expert, you can create it by clicking on the "Create" button.
Once your mapping is done, you can send your invoices to Quickbooks. To do that, go to your Invoices page and open an invoice. Click on the "Actions" button and select "Create in Intuit Quickbooks":
Note that this action can take a few seconds to complete. Once the invoice is sent to
Quickbooks, you will see an new icon next to your invoice number:
You can also click on the Actions button and select "View in Intuit Quickbooks" to open the invoice in Quickbooks:
The icon will also appear in the list of invoices page:
And you can also select multiple invoices, click on the "Actions" button and select "Create in Intuit Quickbooks" to send multiple invoices at once:
If your invoice is marked as payed on Quickbooks, LSP.expert will automatically update the invoice status to "Payed" in LSP.expert.
