First you need to connect LSP.expert to Billit. To do that, you need to go under your Settings>Integrations:
Scroll down to the Billit section and click on the "Add" button:
You will be redirected to the Billit website where you will need to log in to your Billit account.
Once Billit is connected, LSP.expert will show the Billit integration as "Active". You now have to map your LSP.expert clients with your Billit clients. To do that, click on the "Options" button:
It will open a dialog window where you can map your LSP.expert clients with your Billit clients:
Simply select from the dropdown list the LSP.expert client that maps your Billit client. If the client doesn't exist in LSP.expert, you can create it by clicking on the "Create" button.
Once your mapping is done, you can send your invoices to Billit. To do that, go to your Invoices page and open an invoice. Click on the "Actions" button and select "Create in Billit":
Note that this action can take a few seconds to complete. Once the invoice is sent to
Billit, you will see an new icon next to your invoice number:
You can also click on the Actions button and select "View in Billit" to open the invoice in Billit:
The icon will also appear in the list of invoices page:
And you can also select multiple invoices, click on the "Actions" button and select "Create in Billit" to send multiple invoices at once:
If your invoice is marked as paid on Billit, LSP.expert will automatically update the invoice status to "Paid" in LSP.expert.
