➡️ If you're using LSP.expert V1, click here.

To never forget anything, you can define in LSP.expert that you would like to receive a Web notification or an email when a job, invoice, quote, outsourcing, etc. is due today or overdue.

To do this, click on the little bell incon in the menu on the left. A popup containing all your notifications will open. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of this popup.

This will open the notification center, where you can define if you would like to receive a Web push or an email to tell you an item is due or overdue, and you can also indicate if you would like this notification te be sent to you at the time of the event or before.

In the Notifications popup (after you clicked on the bell icon), you can see which items are due today or overdue.
Blue: The due date is today.
Red: The item is overdue.

There is a red number next to the bell to indicate how many 'alerts' you have for the day.

LSP.expert does not send reminders and doesn't have a dashboard. But in the LSP.expert menu, next to the Settings tab, there is a little bell icon for what we call the 'alerts'.

When you click on it, a pop-up opens telling you which jobs, invoices and quotes are due today or overdue.
Blue: The due date is today.
Red: The quote/job/invoice is overdue.
Green (only for jobs): means that the job is ready to be started (when a start date has been defined).

There is a red number next to this bell to indicate how many 'alerts' you have for the day. If there are more than 9 alerts, the number will be replaced by a '+'.
