The Profit and loss report shows, for each month and for the whole year, how much money you earned and how much money you spent.

You can display the data in a monthly, yearly or quarterly view by clicking on the corresponding buttons below the graph.

In the table below, green and red arrows tell you if your numbers are higher or lower than another year.

If you work with different currencies, there will be one line for each currency in the table.

At the bottom, the Net line tells you how much money you actually got (sales minus expenses).

In all the reports, you can use the filter to only display the information you need, and the Export button to export the (filtered) data to Excel.
