First things first, go to Settings > Integrations and connect LSP.expert to Cuéntica.
Look for Cuétinca and click the Add button.
A dialog window will open where you can enter the API key for the Cuéntica integration. You can find or create your API key in the settings of your Cuéntica account.
Once Cuéntica is connected, LSP.expert will show the integration as Active. You’ll then need to map your LSP.expert clients to your Cuéntica clients. To do this, click the Options button.
Select from the drop down list the LSP.expert client that corresponds to your Cuéntica client. If the client doesn’t exist in LSP.expert, you can create it by clicking the Create button.
Note that a client must have a valid VAT number and address in order to be created in Cuéntica. If your client doesn’t have a VAT number, you don’t need to create a corresponding client in Cuéntica. You’ll still be able to synchronize invoices for that client without creating them in Cuéntica, the invoices will be assigned to a generic client in Cuéntica (Clientes sin determinar).
Once your mapping is done, you can send your invoices to Cuétinca. To do that, go to your Invoices page and open an invoice. Click on the Actions button and select Create in Cuétinca:
This action may take a few seconds to complete. Once the invoice is sent to Cuéntica, you’ll see a new icon next to the invoice number.
You can also click the Actions button and select View in Cuéntica to open the invoice in Cuéntica.
The icon will also appear on the Invoices list page:
And you can also select multiple invoices, click on the "Actions" button and select Create in Cuétinca to send multiple invoices at once:
Note about the IRPF tax:
When creating an invoice in LSP.expert, you might add an additional tax called IRPF (Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas) which is a withholding tax in Spain. This tax in LSP.expert is defined as a negative tax, meaning it reduces the total amount of the invoice.
When integrating with Cuentica, it's important to ensure that the IRPF tax is correctly identified and processed. To do this, the tax name in LSP.expert should include the string "IRPF" (case insensitive). This allows the integration to recognize it as the IRPF tax and handle it appropriately when sending invoice data to Cuentica.
