Can I translate my documents in another language?

In LSP.expert, you can translate your documents yourself.

Yes, you can translate your documents in all the languages you want.

For that, you have to go to Settings > Document and email configuration. You create a new document configuration, you give it the name of your choice (we suggest the name of the language in question) and you provide the translations of the fields appearing in the documents (in the Translations tab of this new document configuration).

/!\ Make sure you don't translate these fields in an existing document configuration, because you would overwrite the existing translations. You should always first create a new document configuration!

You can also define the localization settings for this document configuration you just created, the terms and footer you would like to add, etc. (see the other tabs).

You can create as many new document configurations as you like. To define a document configuration as the default configuration (which will be selected by default when you create new clients and suppliers), click on the three dots at the end of the line in your list of document configurations.

Once you’re finished, don’t forget to go in the Clients concerned and select the correct document configuration.

Once you’re finished, don’t forget to go in the Clients tab and to select the right document configuration for the clients concerned.
