To have a clearer view of your jobs, you can categorize them using colored labels. The text of the labels has to be defined by you, so you can use labels for anything you want.

First of all, you have to define your labels under Settings > Labels > Jobs and groups. In the popup that opens when you click on 'Add a new label', you can define a name for the label and choose a colour. Below you can see a preview of what the label will look like.

Then, to assign a label to a job, you have to click on '+add labels' next to the name of the job when you're in the details of the job. You can select multiple labels at once.

The label will appear below the name of the job in the list of jobs. You can unselect a label for a job by clicking on it in the details of the job and untick it in the list.

You can then use the labels in your jobs to filter your reports.

To have a clearer view of your jobs (e.g. separating them into financial jobs, medical jobs, etc. or other categories of your choice), you can categorize them using colored labels.

First of all, you have to define your labels in Settings > Labels.

Then, to assign a label to a job, you have to click on Edit > Labels in the job concerned.

The label will appear next to the name of the job in the jobs list.

In the Quantity by service report and the Performance report, you can filter using these labels.
